How to become a member
Kindly fill out the Membership Form below and submit it, along with your payment via paypal or Interac Bank Transfer to universallovetoronto@gmail.com.
Payment can be made by PayPal below, or can also be sent through an Interac Transfer payment to universallovetoronto@gmail.com. Please note when sending, what the payment is for.
If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to a board member who would be more than happy to assist in any way they can.
• All Membership fees are annual and renewals are due January 1st of each year.
Membership Prices:
Single - $30.00
Family - $35.00
Senior - $20.00
Alternatively;
1: You can print it and return it, along with payment, to one of the Board members in-person at Sunday Service or by mail to: Church of Universal Love, 53 Cummer Ave, North York, Ontario, M2M 2E5.
2: The form can also be downloaded, filled out electronically, saved and then emailed as an attachment to universallovetoronto@gmail.com. You may also opt to print the form, fill it out, and take a picture of it or scan and email to us.
